An innovator in evaluation and the transfer of learning. Dr. Holcomb has developed a unique yet simple system to help improve employee performance and increase productivity. Her Ph.D. dissertation on how to evaluate employee training has taken her into dozens of companies. Insights on current methods of evaluation led to a system that addressed the transfer of learning. Dr. Holcomb develops ON-Target Training programs for organizations based on their unique issues and concerns. She develops Customer Service programs for frontline employees, Communication Skills for managers/supervisors, and Total Quality programs for service organizations.

Dr. Holcomb is an active member of the folowing organizations: ASTD - American Society for Training and Development Dr. Holcomb is chair of the Special Division for External Trainers and Consultants. IMC - Institute of Management Consultants Dr. Holcomb is a CMC, Certified Management Consultant and on the IMC-SoCal Board. UCLA - University of California, Los Angeles Dr. Holcomb was part of the prestigious Technical Management Program. ISPI - International Society for Performance Improvement Dr. Holcomb was currently a board member of the L.A. Chapter. NSA - National Speakers Association Dr. Holcomb was voted chapter member of the year for the LA chapter.
